3. Payment Terms
Subscription & One-Time Fees: Certain services require payment via subscription or one-time fees.
Billing: Monthly payments are processed automatically unless canceled in advance.
Free Trials: Some services may offer free trials. Payment details may be required upfront.
Refunds: Stellivox does not offer refunds unless required by law.
All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
4. User Responsibilities
When using our Services, you agree to:
Use the services lawfully and responsibly.
Not use the Services to create, upload, or distribute illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
Respect the intellectual property rights of third parties and Stellivox.
Comply with all AI usage limits, fair use policies, and API rules provided by Stellivox.

Remove content that violates these terms or is harmful, illegal, or offensive.
6. Intellectual Property
Stellivox Content: All Stellivox-owned content, trademarks, copyrights, software, and AI outputs remain our property.
Client Content: You retain ownership of content you provide to Stellivox.
AI Outputs: AI-generated outputs are provided to you under license; Stellivox retains ownership and may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve its services.
7. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellivox is not liable for:
Errors or inaccuracies in AI outputs.
Service downtime, interruptions, or data loss.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
You acknowledge that AI tools may not always produce perfect or fully accurate results.
8. Termination
These terms remain in effect until terminated by either party.
You may terminate your use at any time by cancelling your account.
Stellivox may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or other reasonable business reasons.
Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of England, United Kingdom.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of England, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Arbitration may also be used where mutually agreed.
10. AI Usage Policies & Custom Rules
AI usage must comply with Stellivox fair use limits and applicable laws.
Automated decision-making is handled by Stellivox AI tools, but Stellivox does not make final decisions on behalf of clients.
Misuse of AI for harmful, illegal, or infringing purposes is strictly prohibited.
